I can't make voice calls on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Android 6.0

Cause 14 of 14: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Find "Network operators"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press the settings icon.

Press Mobile networks.

Choose network

If you want to select a network automatically, press Select automatically.

If you want to select a network manually, press Search networks.

Press the required network.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

2 Choose network

If you want to select a network automatically, press Select automatically.

Press the required network.
