Find "Create message"
Press Menu.
Scroll to Messages and press OK.
Scroll to Create message and press OK.
Select recipient
Scroll to To and press OK.
Scroll to Contact list and press OK.
Highlight the required contact and press OK.
Write text
Highlight the text input field and write the required text.

Send the message
Press OK to send the message.
Exit
Press Disconnect to return to standby mode.
