You can limit your data usage when abroad by turning off data roaming. You'll then not be able to access the internet using the mobile network when abroad.

Find "Data roaming"

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Connectivity and press the Navigation key.

Turn data roaming on or off

To turn on data roaming:
Scroll to Allow roaming and press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Don't roam and press the Navigation key.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

Find "Data roaming"

Press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Connectivity and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Mobile data and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Mobile data and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Data roaming and press the Navigation key.

Turn data roaming on or off

To turn on data roaming:
Scroll to Allow roaming and press the Navigation key.
To turn off data roaming.
Scroll to Don't roam and press the Navigation key.

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
