If your phone gets slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help to restore the factory default settings. All settings and configurations you've made on your phone are deleted.

Press the Navigation key.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.

Restore the factory default settings

Key in the phone lock code (default is 12345) and press the Navigation key.
Follow the instructions on the display to set up your phone and prepare it for use.

Scroll to Settings and press the Navigation key.
Scroll to Rest. factory sett. and press the Navigation key.
