I can't use the internet connection on my Microsoft Lumia 550 Windows Phone 10.0

Cause 1 of 4: Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for internet

Several functions on your phone require an internet connection, e.g. the internet browser, sending of email messages and installing apps.

Solution: Set up your phone for internet.

Find "SIM settings"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Press All settings.

Press Add an Internet APN to turn on the function.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press the field below "Proxy server" and key in 10.24.59.100.

Press the field below "Proxy port" and key in 80.

6 Save data connection

Press Save.
Press OK.

7 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
