I can't send and receive picture messages on my HTC U11 Android 7.1

9 Select authentication type

10 Select APN type

Press APN type.
Key in mms and press OK.

Press the menu icon.
Press Save.

12 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
