It's not possible to leave a voice message on your phone - HTC Radar

Cause 3 of 3: Voice calls are not diverted to your voicemail

Missed calls are only diverted to your voicemail if the correct divert settings have been selected. You can change the settings in the phone menu.

Solution: Divert calls to your voicemail.

Step 1 of 10

Find "Phone"

Press arrow right to access the main menu.

Find "Phone"

Press Phone.

Select option

Press the keypad icon.Choose one of the following options:Divert all calls, go to 2a.Divert missed calls, go to 2b.Divert if unavailable, go to 2c.Divert if busy, go to 2d.

Key in**21*(prefix) 5 (your phone number)#

2b - Divert missed calls

To select for how long you want your phone to ring before the call is diverted:Key in **61*(prefix) 5 (your phone number)**the required number of seconds#

Key in**62*(prefix) 5 (your phone number)#

2d - Divert if busy

Key in**67*(prefix) 5 (your phone number)#

Send request

Press call.A request to turn on the setting is sent to the network.

Send request

Press ok.

Step 10 of 10

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
