Cause 2 of 2: Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for internet access

If the internet settings in your phone are incorrect, you can't access the internet.

Solution: Set up your phone for internet access.

Find "add internet apn"

Slide your finger left on the display.Press Settings.

Find "add internet apn"

Press mobile network.

Step 3 of 6

Find "add internet apn"

Press add internet apn.

Step 4 of 6

Enter APN

Press the field below APN and key in live.vodafone.com

Step 5 of 6

Save and exit

Press the save icon.

Step 6 of 6

Save and exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press add internet apn.

2 Enter APN

Press the field below APN and key in live.vodafone.com

3 Save and exit

Press the save icon.
Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
