You can't start up your phone - HTC 8S

Cause 4 of 5: The wrong PIN is entered

If the wrong PIN is entered, your phone can't start up.

Solution: Key in the correct PIN.

Turn on your phone

Press and hold On/Off.

Step 2 of 3

Enter PIN

Key in your PIN and press enter.
If your phone rejects the SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your phone.

Turn off your phone

Press and hold On/Off.
Drag your finger down the display to turn off your phone.

Press and hold On/Off.

Key in your PIN and press enter.
If your phone rejects the SIM:
Contact your distributor or service provider where you bought your phone.

Drag your finger down the display to turn off your phone.
