Cause 2 of 3: Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for internet access

If the internet settings in your phone are incorrect, you can't access the internet.

Solution: Set up your phone for internet access.

Find "APN"

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.Press Settings.

Find "APN"

Press Network Connections.

Step 3 of 6

Find "APN"

Press Mobile Network.

Step 4 of 6

Find "APN"

Press APN.

Step 5 of 6

Enter APN

Press the field below Access Point Name (APN).Key in live.vodafone.com

Step 6 of 6

Save and exit

Press Save.Slide your finger up the display starting from the bottom edge of your phone to return to standby mode.

Slide your finger down the display starting from the top edge of your phone.
Press Settings.
Press Network Connections.
Press Mobile Network.
Press APN.

2 Enter APN

Press the field below Access Point Name (APN).
Key in live.vodafone.com

3 Save and exit

Press Save.
Slide your finger up the display starting from the bottom edge of your phone to return to standby mode.
