If your phone hasn't been correctly set up for picture messaging, you can't send and receive picture messages.

Solution: Set up your phone for picture messaging.

Set up your phone for picture messaging

You can't set up your phone for picture messaging as it's automatically set up. Follow the steps below to select more settings for picture messaging.

Select setting for receiving picture messages

Press Multimedia Reception.

Select setting for receiving picture messages

Press Always.

Select setting for automatic retrieval

Press Automatic Retrieval.

Press Always.

Turn request for delivery reports on or off

Press Confirm Delivery to turn the function on or off.

Turn request for delivery reports on or off

When the box next to the menu item is ticked (V), the function is turned on.

Press the Menu key.
